From Marlborough-Hudson Area:
Take Route 20 East to Sudbury. Continue through the light at Sudbury Farms to the light at CitiBank. Continue east on Route 20 approximately 1/5 of a mile and look for a dark red building on your left housing a book store called “Bearly Read Books”. Directly on your right will be a grey sign for Millbrook II. Turn right into a long driveway. At the end are three office condominium units. Number 323 is the middle unit. Use the door on the right side of the building and head upstairs. Suite 4C will be on your right.
From Worcester:
Take Route 290 East all the way to Route 85, Hudson exit. At the second light (99 Restaurant), turn right onto Bolton Street. Continue on Bolton Street to the fifth traffic light. This is Lincoln Street. Turn left onto Lincoln Street. At the first light on Lincoln Street continue straight ahead. You are now on Route 20 East. From here, follow the directions above for Marlborough-Hudson Area.
From Boston and areas North and South:
Take Route 128 north or south to Route 20 West exit to Weston. Continue on Route 20 West through Weston and Wayland to Sudbury. After Conrad's Restaurant on your right, proceed just over one mile and look for a dark red building on your right housing a book store called “Bearly Read Books”. Directly on your left will be a large grey sign for Millbrook II, although it may be difficult to see because of foliage. Turn left into a long driveway. At the end are three office condominium units. Number 323 is the middle unit. Use the door on the right side of the building and head upstairs. Suite 4C will be on your right.
From Route 2:
Take Route 27 exit and turn onto Route 27 South towards Maynard. Continue on Route 27 through Maynard into Sudbury. At the fire station, turn left and continue on Route 27 (also called Hudson Road). At the first light, turn right onto Concord Road. Bear left at the fork until Boston Post Road light. Turn left onto Route 20 (also called Boston Post Road). From here, follow the directions above for Marlborough-Hudson Area.
From Framingham:
Take Edgell Road north towards Sudbury. Edgell Road turns into Nobscot Road and ends at Route 20 in Sudbury. Turn right and from here follow the directions above for Marlborough-Hudson Area.
